Concept banners for the Children’s Pepto and Cherry Pepto campaigns. The Children’s banner needed to convey how kids will sometimes eat things in an inappropriate manner, which lead to digestive troubles. The Cherry banners needed to show that Pepto can 'knock out' your symptoms. These banners were eventually created in Flash, in multiple sizes.

We wanted to give the banners the same ‘extreme’ treatment, so this concept was designed to be fun...and slightly disturbing. The Dill character would be able to follow the users cursor, daring them to interact. When rolled over the pickle would start screaming uncontrollably, taking over the cursor and throwing it outside the banners limits. Sadly, the client ended up going with a less entertaining—and less expensive—animated alternative.

Along with the BYH program, I designed and maintained a large portion of
the Metumucil.com site. Second slide shows what the Tool Kit looked like
online and how exploration to an iPhone app had started.

The Beautify Your Heart program was all about helping reduce the risk of heart disease
by making smart lifestyle choices. I worked on the initial layouts, developed various icons, and designed emails and banners associated with the campaign.

The Digestive Tracker App was conceived to alleviate Align’s consumers from a confusing
and tedious week-by-week Excel sheet. This Tracker does the work for you; asking for entries, calculating your results, letting you interpret and access them easily.

Presentations like these are used to show physicians and other medical professionals
the benefits of a particular drug. They often need to be able to convey broad themes
in a short amount of time, while having the ability to make deeper dives into specifics
if time permits.

Working in Pharma has taught me the value of getting to the point...and that you
don’t necessarily, thanks to legal, need a ton of room to do it. These challenges have helped me maintain and develop my problem solving and design skills, and also grow
as a storyteller.
